Regular dental check: Good dental health is one of the most important things you can do for general good health. We know, for example, that the risk of heart disease increases the poorer the dental state. Find a good general dentist, get the basic correction of problems--cavities, gum problems, etc; then have a good dental cleaning by a dental hygienist, and learn proper self-care. Hygienist will recommend next visit.
