Possibly: Certain infections could cause enlarged lymph glands in the neck and chest which can cause pain ; swelling. Some infections cause bleeding. It's possible that all symptoms are related ...But it's also quite possible that they're unrelated symptoms coincidentally occurring together. A complete evaluation is necessary to sort this issue.
