Need to clarify: There is no biceps in the hand. The biceps lies between the shoulder and elbow. So, are we talking about hand pain or biceps pain? If concerned have a doctor take a look.

Biceps: Very difficult to repair after 2 years. Usually requires grafting. First step would be a MRI to see what the status of the tendon and muscle are.
