Possibly BPPV: If the room spins for 30 seconds or so when you lay down or roll over in bed, it could be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or bppv. Crystals in your inner ear can get disrupted and float where they don't belong. When hyou move a certain way it can make you dizzy. An ENT or physical therapist are your best bet for finding someone who knows canalith repositioning maneuvers.
