Depends..........: The frequency for which the Prednisolone is given depends upon the reason for which it has been prescribed as well as the cooperation of your child. If the medicine is bad tasting, giving it with a strongly-flavored food or fluid will help (pudding, ice cream, peanut butter, for example).
