Side effect: Some common side effects of sertraline include somnolence, dizziness, sleep problems, anxiety, irritability all of which could contribute to brain fog. If this issues persist please see your doctor for re-evaluation/ adjustment or change of therapy. Amitriptyline is a big cause of brain fog. Talk with your doctor about your concerns. Take care.
