Possibly: There are many possible causes including diabetes, over-drinking, bph, overactive bladder, failure to empty completely, infection, stones, bladder tumors, something pushing on bladder, etc...It should be checked out.

Here are some ...: Peeing all the time requires a professional evaluation with analyzing the detailed Hx focusing urinary voiding Sx + conducting physical exam + timely tests as needed such as urinalysis or residual urine, etc. to make sure of no UTI and being able to hold urine and empty the bladder. So, work with Doc closely and timely.
