Chlamydia: Almost anything is possible and one could construct (with some effort), a picture of how this might have occurred, but it is anything but probable. You may not have learned this, but people do not always tell the truth about their sexual experiences. My advice would be to have a very candid but non-confrontational conversation with him, and then decide where you want to go with that information.
