Wheezy: If your daughter wheezes when crawling she may allergic to the rug, in w hich case keep her off the floor until you get rid of the carpet.

Babies get sick: Your child may have one of two problems. Either she has an infection, probably viral, or she is experiencing an allergic reaction to something in your floor covering. Talk to her Pediatrician. She may need to be seen to be evaluated.
