Heart Testing: Because the muscle action of the heart must have appeared fully normal. No ischemia means no lack of oxygen and no abnormalities of heart muscle contracting.

No ischemia: No ischemia does not mean that there are no blockages. Ischemia is caused by inadequate blood flow to the heart muscle leading to an adequate oxygen supply. Less significant narrowing of blood vessels may not lead to impairment of blood flow and therefore may not cause ischemia.
