Gastritis: You may have a predisposition to irritation and inflammation of the stomach. Sometimes it is provoked by stress and anxiety. If the problem persists, you may want to check with a doctor that you don't have h. Pylori which requires triple antibiotic therapy. Start with an acid reducer medicine like pepcid, or zantac (ranitidine)
