Yes: On general principles, you owe it to each other to test your HIV and syphilis status prior to getting married regardless or whether you have or have not had any particular adventures. You are very unlikely to catch either infection having protected vaginal sex. I hope your and your wife will both work hard to make a successful marriage. Best wishes.
