No: Different girls like different types of guys, and generally they are much less concerned about a guy's looks than a guy is concerned about a girl's looks. If you're defined, you look good regardless. If you have some muscle mass, your bone structure makes no difference -- brad pitt is light-boned. If you're obsessing that you don't look good, ask your physician -- this is itself treatable.
