Standard Therapy: Standard therapy for meniere''s is your best bet. Low or nonfluctuating sodium diet, daily diuretic, allergy evaluation and treatment if present. There is no one medication that will treat the aural fullness of meniere's disease, it is best controlled by controlling the disease in general. If you've had an increase in attacks, consider transtympanic steroid treatment.
