Groin pain: ? chronic left groin pain & patient considers "fibromyalgia" (FM). This isolated pain pattern is not compatible with FM, whereat pain is widespread and bilateral. This pain pattern more compatible with femoral hernia. If severe low back pain associated, then would consider sciatica variant initiated by sacroiliac joint disorder. General Surgeon consultation might be in order; sooner than later.
