Abd pain: This could be the symptoms of dyspepsia or an ulcer. Please try OTC Nexium, (esomeprazole) Prilosec or Tagamet. If it persists please see an MD. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. thanks

Abdominal pain: This could be an ulcer or inflammation near or around your stomach. I recommend eating only bland food; avoiding acid-causing foods such as coffee, citrus, tomato, chocolate, mint, tobacco, alcohol; and if this doesn't work, you should be evaluated promptly. Also consider trying OTC Zantac (ranitidine).
