My baby has a throat infection he's on antibiotics how long will it take for the antibiotic to start working and him feel better he's got a high fever?

A couple of days: Usually it takes 1-2 days for an antibiotic to work. Using tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin will help the fever.
