Slow it down: It is great to have fun but if you are hurting the next day you may be overdoing it as far as time of intercourse or positioning (are you trying all 100 kama sutra positions?). Sex should be fun and not necessarily hurt the next day! pick a comfortable spot too (not the closet or kitchen counter unless you want to...), so it's your call!

Exercise more: Sex is a form of exercise. If you are out of shape, you will be stiff and sore afterward.

Obvious answer?: Just kidding. Sounds like the 2 of you have an athletic relationship and the positions might be "tortuous." just because there are hundreds of sexual positions, it doesn't mean that you have to use all of them. I recommend that you begin a good general strengthening exercise program.
