No: The bullae are asymptomatic unless you have a spontaneous pneumothorax associated with one.

Sort of...: Bullae are basically hyper expanded area of your lung. That part of your lung will not contract. It forces the rest of your lung to expand to compensate. That expansion could cause pressure at the base of your lung.
