Costochondritis: This very common condition is thought of as arthritis in the joints between the ribs and sternum. It is best treated with antiinflamatories like advil (ibuprofen) . Sometimes you can even "pop" to joint (like your knuckles) by mild direct pressure or twisting the upper body to stretch.
