Been on cefdinir for 6 days now 4 my uti and im still feelin like im going to throw up and i have a fever. i have 4 days left of meds. is this normal?

Culture: Find out if the antibiotic is suitable based on culture/ may need to change.

Recheck: A UTI responds within 6 days to an effective antibiotic, and symptoms start improving within 24-48 hours. If you are not significantly better after 6 days, the antibiotic may be ineffective against the bacteria causing a UTI (or you have something else). A urine culture done 6 days ago should have results to prove the diagnosis and tell which antibiotics work for it (and to which it is resistant).
