Infection: Opiate pain medicines like lortab cause urinary retention (keeps urine in your body), so if you are not peeing frequently, there could be chance that you may develop an infection. If this does not resolve, i would discuss with your doctor to see if truly an infection.

Too much Tylenol (acetaminophen)?: Lortab has a lot of tylenol (acetaminophen). High doses of tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage your liver and cause dark urine. Go see your doctor and get checked out.
