Maintain...: ...Flexibility and cardiopulmonary conditioning three times weekly at least for an hour each time. Avoid a lot of contact type sports and activities (we don't bounce as well as we used to) and use good lifting techniques or ask for help. Back injuries in your age group do more to slow down the overall health progress than any other injury. Avoid injuring your back.
