Melatonin: Melatonin is effective at restoring your circadian rhythm - recommend taking 3-6mg 1 hour prior to your desired bedtime. If you are going to bed at say 1am and would like to be sleeping by 10pm, then take melatonin and go to bed 30min earlier each day to slowly restore your body back to it's earlier bedtime. If that is ineffective, a warm epsom salt bath with lavender essential oil may also help.
