Although it is : A very rare risk of doing epidural injections, it is very difficult to get nerve damage from an epidural injection. Go see your spine specialist, and inform him/her of your exact symptoms, and he/she will evaluate. But at times after an injection, you can temporarily have increased symptoms. But regarding nerve damage, that is a very very rare risk.
