Yes: Snake venom has a host of enzymes that affect cell function. There are proteins that affect blood coagulation pathways and there are those that block neurotransmitters. There are phosholipases that act on cell membranes and lead to their breakdown.

Yes: There's a variety of different toxins secreted by the salivary glands of venomous snakes. Depending on the species, some venoms attack nerves(neurotoxins), heart muscle(cardio toxins), blood cells (hemotoxins), cell membranes (phospholipases). The latter would cause lysis of cell membranes.
