Drink fluid: Fairly sudden nausea with decreased oral intake and then dizziness/lightheadedness, sounds like a gastroenteritis. You will need to ensure good fluid intake. If nausea prevents you from taking fluid, or if it gets worse, you will need to seek acute care- sometimes will require IV fluid and anti-nausea medication through the iv.

Go to ER: That's too low. If you are on BP medications, don't take anymore today. I'd go to the er though and not wait.
