Yes: It is always scary after a failed pregnancy, but it sounds like you are having a normal one now - congratulations! I am a little surprised you seem to have had an ultrasound so very early, but i suspect you have pcos? Most people barely know they are possibly pregnant at 6 weeks. Sex is safe while pregnant, but please realize that the first 10 weeks of any pregnancy have some uncertainty.

Unless your: Obstetrician has specifically advised against sex due to a current medical concern, then sexual intercourse is generally safe. Take care.
