Stop the med please!: If you are on Accutane but not also on some primary form of contraception, and you are late then i would strongly suggest you stop the med and get a pregnancy test. Without knowing your exact details and going on the limited data you provided i can only assume you are pregnant until proven otherwise. While irregular periods can be a side effect I have not seen it.
