Nope: It takes eight years of post high school education to receive the degrees and knowledge necessary to pass exams to be licensed. There is absolutely nothing you can do to fix a decayed tooth other than to call a local dentist. The longer you wait, the worse it will get, leading to the loss of the tooth.

Not enough room: There is no way for a person to fix a tooth with out seeing a dentist. While there are some temporary fillings one can buy over the counter ; place in a tooth, a person who does this ; does nothing else has just covered over all the bacteria that caused the hole in the tooth. If the bacteria is not removed, then the tooth may abscess and need to be extracted.
