And i'm not sure if i've accidentally overdosed on my allergy medications, is this a problem? what should i do?

Hard to answer: If you took too many traditional allergy medications you would become sleep. The more current allergy medications like Claritin (loratadine) and Allegra do not have this side effect to any extent.
