Ectopic &mole pregna: Are you referring to chemo for ectopic pregnancy and malignant gestational trophoblastic disorder ( eg.Persistent hydatidiform mole)? Yes, Methotrexate +/- leucovorin have been used in both conditions. Other chemotherapies, however, also have been used in malignant gtd- such as dactinomycin, etoposide, 5-fluorouracil. And in refractory malignant gtd- combination of chemo like ema/co have been used.
