Likely no need: If this is an occasional happening then simply revert to your usual diet which hopefully is along the style of the mediterranean diet. If this is a recurrent pattern you may have an eating disorder and need to consult your physician and perhaps get a referral. Assuming you exercise regularly maintain your exercise and perhaps crank it up in repsonse.
