Yes?: Don't really understand the ? If you mean can you advance your diet with crohn's disease, yes as tolerated. There is no reliable crohn's diet, it is not caused by diet, but some things you eat might cause distress. That list of things that might bother you is particular to you not generalized , experiment and find out.

It depends: Each person is unique in terms of what foods are better tolerated for cd. It's important, though, to avoid hard nuts and food like popcorn. These can iirritate passing through. Some are adding turmeric to their diets, since it may have antiinflammatory properties. A few capsules/day or sprinkle on food. Anecdote: some do well on paleo-type foods-meat, cooked veggies, no grains. Controversial.
