Inform : Inform your dr, but keep in mind this is one of the main, almost unavoidable side effects. As long as you take it, you may feel little or no appetite at all, mostly during the next few hours after the dose. Some people eat big breakfast, or dinner to "compensate" this. Ask your dr, and consider alternatives, such as decreasing the dose. Good luck.
