Accompanied pain w/ ganglion cyst? what should i do?

Excision of cyst: Ganglion cysts can be associated with pain and are easily removed. Surgeons can remove them with an open or arthroscopic technique. I personally prefer an arthroscopic approach so i can also evaluate for other pathology. If the cyst is on the hand or wrist you can get an evaluation from a hand surgeon for further treatment options.
