If you have : Abnormally large breasts ; are a male you may have gynecomastia. If that is the case you may wish to see a physician to determine if there is an underlying medical cause. Sometimes, plastic surgeons reduce breast size in this situation.

Depends on the cause: Are you overweight? This condition can also be secondary to certain drugs (ie marijuana/many prescription meds) or hormonal problems that may signal a bigger issue. Consider seeing your pmd for a diet/exercise program. You may also need a breast and a testicular exam, review of your medications, and several blood tests that are not part of routine bloodwork.
