I am 22 years old (male) and have gyno (breast enlargement) how can i get rid of it or at least reduce it ?

Surgery works: You need to see a Plastic Surgeon. This is a fairly common problem that we see. Mild breast enlargement is very common in adolescents but if it persists into your 20s it is probably not going to go away by itself. The surgical treatment involves removing the extra tissue. Sometimes this can be done with liposuction and sometimes the tissue needs to be surgically removed as well. Good luck
