No one can be certai: Certain , until after an exam and mammogram and possible other testing has been done , if the mammogram shows anything suspicious u may or may not need a breast biopsy there can be many non cancerous causes of breast pain, please see your gyn on monday.

Exam, tests follow: You need to be up-to-date with mammograms and if there is a an area of concern then an ultrasound. Also a breast examination and then observation with follow-up.
