Breast pain: Breast pain at age 19 is usually secondary to "fibrocystic changes" in breast tissue, which varies in intensity and frequency depending on the time of the cycle. Ask your gyn physician about oral bcp's, which will stop ovarian hormone production and reduce the pain from fibrocystic breasts.
