Cause more problems: Cigarette smoke is a major irritant of the respiratory system. It contains nearly 1000 chemicals, many of them carcinogenic. The reason for your runny nose is the irritant effect of the smoke on your nose that is already hyper-reactive because of your allergies. I also remind you of lung throat and urinary bladder cancer, hypertension, heart disease....
