One eye blindness: Yes it is - the reasons for blindness in one eye are many and may reflect a host of different issues. Its best to be seen by a neurologist for a complete exam so care may be guided for the problem at hand - blindness (or any other type of change in sight) which happens suddenly, needs to have an immediate evaluation - if this is the case, get to an er.
