Turning 30: The best thing for your face is to use sunblock and stay out of the sun. As for your health, there are so many things you can do to improve things. Exercise and nutrition are a good start.

Keep it clean : Wear Sunblock daily; use a cleanser nightly to remove the days makeup and or the toxins that are deposited in your skin; microdermabrasion to be done in combination with a light chemical peel can really help improve your skin and keep it healthy.
