Am i a sociopath if in court system as teen?

Sociopath?: The diagnosis of sociopathy refers to the whole way you live, chiefly manifest by complete lack of respect or ability to understand and emphathize with another person. A single incident in court does not imply this diagnosis. Sociopaths, because they don't respect the rights and property of others, do end up in court or juvenile hall a lot, but so do a lot of other teens who just make bad choices.

Not always: Sociopath has been replaced with the term antisocial personality disorder, which usually requires persistent types of sociopathic behavor after age 18. Now if there was a lot of legal transgressions before 18 and continued problems sustaining relationships, hurting others, stealing, etc. The diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder would be a consideration.
