Detox: I assume you are talking about the OTC decongestant nasal sprays. Continuous use of the decongestant nasal sprays actually makes the nasal congestion worse. First you have to get on other medications to help reduce the congestion and reduce the use of OTC decongestant nasal sparys and eventually discontiune all together
