Which nasal sprays : Do u mean? Otc ones? Nasal steroids? The live virus influenza vaccine that is a nasal spray does not contain thimerosol (mercury). Thimerosol is used in multi-dose vial of injectable vaccine to prevent contamination & growth of bacteria or fungi. Apparently some nasal decongestants do contain thimerosol.
