Several approaches: When you're with someone special, kiss the person there and feel free to talk about liking ears. Everybody's got a few favorite things that aren't explainable; it's part of the fun. If you're troubled during the day by thinking obsessively about folks' ears, get with someone who can do some cognitive-behavioral therapy so you can be happier and more productive. But don't dislike yourself for this.
