Goosebumps and wax: Goosebumps form when we get cold because the very small muscles attached to the hair follicles contract. Waxing doesn't do that.

Just out of a cold. Severe whole body itching with skin bumps. I had chicken pox before. Fyi h1n1 is re-breaking into my area.
I used veet cold wax strip to remove hairs from my stomach area. Just after using strips my skin got red and I felt burning sensation. Now after a week my skin has gotten dark from that area. What should I do now to get my original skin colour back?
My doctors says I have IBS but I have other symptoms like flaky scalp, on my ears and face. I also had a chicken skin like rash. I get these symptoms when I eat wheat/gluten. After I eat gluten I get itchy or an irritated throat or cold like symptoms?
