Post-infection rash: It is not at all unusual to develop urticarial (hives) following viral respiratory tract infections. Your body does lots of different things with its immune system even when you just have a "cold", and some of these immune responses trigger certain cells in your body to release histamine and cause the itching and rash. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) orally is your best friend here, to settle reaction.

Little bumps like chicken skin appearing in my left arm wrist area like 4-5 of them and when I pick at them they turn into bruises that leave brown marks. Like a healed bruise. I dont know how or why they are appearing. No itching. Painless?
