Eyelid vs eye: Blepharitis is inflammation of the eyelid. It is treated by gently scrubbing the eyelids with ocusoft wipes or with a q-tip and baby shampoo. There is bacteria and debris built up on the eyelid and eyelashes (rx antibiotic drops may help). Conjunctivitis is inflammation of the conjunctiva - layer covering the eye and the inside of the eyelids. Can be from virus, bacteria, allergy or chemical.

Yep: Bleph is of the lids. Conj is of the conjunctiva. They touch each other, so one typically spills onto the other.
